Born in 1996 In the suburbs of Tel Aviv, Noa Simhayof Shahaf is finishing her BFA in the Multidisciplinary Art faculty in Shenkar College of Engineering and Design.
Noa Simhayof Shahaf creates films, installations, performances and photographs on topics of broken mechanisms, political identities, and references of pop culture that are converted into experimental reproducing and storytelling.
Noa’s main work is in films which characterized by a non-narrative logic, and their queer expression of monolouges, actors and aesthetics.
Noa works as a videographer and a video editor, video clips, commercials, films and video works of fellow artists.

synopsis WITMA:
W.I.T.M.A – What is the movie about, is mockumentary film which replicates principles and aesthetics from the most known tv genre The Reality.
In order to reveal the “truth” of the movie, the performers needed to experiment with another self due to a pre-written manifesto.
Through americana, foreignness, rules and lots of transformations W.I.T.M.A will take you to an unreal dimension of holy reality.
